DELIVERY INFORMATION

Yes, we offer pickup and local delivery, with the following rates:

  • Free Pickup from THE FLOWER BAR at Dulwich

  • Up to 5km from Dulwich: $15

  • Between 6-22km from Dulwich: $25
  • Pick Up: Order before 12pm for same day pick up. We generally require 3 hours to get your order ready, and you will be notified when it is ready for collection.

  • Delivery: Order by 4:30pm for next day delivery.

  • We offer delivery & pickup from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

  • You can use our calendar to schedule delivery for a future date.

  • VALENTINES DAY ORDERS will have the following cut-off times:

  • Pick Up: Order before 1pm on Tuesday 13/2 for next day pick up on VALENTINES DAY. Same day pick-up will not be possible, although you are welcome to shop our range available instore.

  • Delivery: Order by 1pm on Tuesday 13/2 for next day delivery on VALENTINES DAY.
  • Yes, we include our signature FLOWER BAR BY ONE RUNDLE card with all orders.
  • At checkout, please click on the GIFT MESSAGE Box, and write your message here including the recipient and senders names.

We will do our best to meet the needs of our customers. Express or timed deliveries may be possible, and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us so we can discuss your request.

FAQ'S

Once receiving your flowers take the following steps to ensure best longevity.

  • Once receiving your flowers, if wrapped it's recommended to take the wrap off to prevent the stems from becoming mouldy
  • Trim the stems about 2cm on arrival on a diagonal angle
  • Change the water every 2 days and ensure the vase is always two-thirds the way full
  • Keep your flowers away from any direct sunlight and not directly underneath any air conditioners or heaters

The array of floral options varies according to the season and availability. With that in mind, please note that the images serve as a reference and a source of inspiration for the colour scheme. However, rest assured that we will strive to craft a stunning arrangement that closely resembles the image.

We offer our signature complimentary gift wrapping and a gift card on all orders.

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to Flower Bar by One Rundle. Should you need to request a return or exchange, we ask that you take the time to read our Returns Policy below.

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer a credit note, exchange or refund for return requests on select items.

Please note that return requests must be made within three (3) business days of receipt of your order.

Please note, we do not offer returns on flowers.

REQUEST A RETURN

To lodge a return request, please email flowerbar@onerundle.com.au.If your return request is approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. All items must be returned with their original packaging and with the RA number clearly noted. Any returned items without an RA will not be processed. 

Once your return has been received, your refund or credit note will be processed, less shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

IN STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, One Rundle’s Return & Exchange policy differs for in-store purchases.

For purchases made in-store, returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within seven (7) days of the purchase date. One Rundle cannot offer returns on sale items or earrings. Refunds are not applicable on items purchased in-store.

Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

GIFTS & GIFT CARDS

If you have received items as a gift and wish to make an exchange, you may return items to receive a credit note of the same value. To organise a gift return, please email flowerbar@onerundle.com.au with all of the details of your gift received.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the original purchase date. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

Should your goods arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be acknowledged within three (3) business days of receiving your order by emailing flowerbar@onerundle.com.au.If you believe the item that you have purchased is faulty, please provide as many details and photos of the damage as possible.

We will reply within one business day regarding the options to return the order. We will provide you with a unique Returns Authorisation (RA) Number that you will need to quote on the outside of the parcel being returned. Any parcel that is received without a RA Number will be returned to sender.
You are welcome to return the product in store, but you will still need to contact us to obtain a RA Number prior.

Upon One Rundle receiving the items back for inspection, our office will contact you regarding a refund or replacement.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of placing your order by emailing flowerbar@onerundle.com.au.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

We advise customers to check ordered goods thoroughly on delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

One Rundle will supply a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and advise how to proceed with the return. All returns must clearly note the RA number, or may not be processed. One Rundle will not be liable for items lost in transit.

Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, One Rundle is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. One Rundle classifies items to be faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.

One Rundle will issue a refund to the original card used for purchase within 10 business days of receipt of a return, less shipping costs. A refund for faulty items will include the full value of the items returned, including the return delivery costs.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
