Once receiving your flowers take the following steps to ensure best longevity.
Once receiving your flowers, if wrapped it's recommended to take the wrap off to prevent the stems from becoming mouldy. If the bouquet has a hydration pack, remove this also.
Trim the stems about 2cm on arrival on a diagonal angle.
Change the water every 2 days and ensure the vase is always two-thirds the way full.
Keep your flowers away from any direct sunlight and not directly underneath any air conditioners or heaters.
FOR POTTED PHALAENOPSIS:
Requires sufficient humidity and bright indirect light.
Flowers can last up to three months.
Cut flowering stems back to the first bloom after flowering.
Water weekly in summer, less in winter; use one ice cube to melt into the moss.
